Here's are some articles that popped up in my search:
Germany
DW (Mar 21):
While racist attitudes towards people of Asian origin have been in focus following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and its alleged origins in the city of Wuhan in China, prejudices against Asians have long been evident in Germany.
Under the Nazi regime, Chinese living in Germany were expelled or deported to concentration and forced labor camps. But the most widespread anti-Asian racism would occur in the decade after German reunification.
The DW article is mainly antidotal. There might be a reason for this. Per CNN (Mar 22):
But many European countries, including France, Germany and Belgium, do not collect demographic data on ethnicity for historical reasons, making it difficult to take an accurate measure of the scale of the problem.
UK / France
The same CNN article as above reports this:
Hate crime statistics are recorded in the UK. Figures from the London Metropolitan Police show more than 200 incidents of hate crime against people of East Asian appearance happened between June and September 2020 -- a 96% increase compared to the same period a year ago.
. . . Polling done in June found that three-quarters of people of Chinese ethnicity in the UK had experienced being called a racial slur.
The campaign group [Security for All] estimates that in 2019, there was one hate crime incident against an Asian every two days in the Paris area alone. While they do not have data for 2020, [Sun-Lay Tan] spoke of a number of anecdotes, including an account of someone having their shoulder dislocated the night after French President Emmanuel Macron announced a new lockdown in October.

I'm assuming that the French data is based on info from the Security for All group versus official numbers as the CNN article also reports that this info isn't collected by the government.
